Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase with original receipt. No cash or credit card refunds. Returned items must be unworn with price tags still attached. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

Online Return Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! If an item doesn’t work, you can return it for a store credit or exchange. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the order-customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached; shoes must be returned in their original box. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Policy
We will ship anywhere within the continental United States for a flat rate of $12, unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Shipping will take between 2-7 business days from the date of purchase. FINAL SALE items can take up to 14 business days from date of purchase.
