Returns

We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new clothing and shoes with tags attached for store credit. Shoes must be unworn and in their original box. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location.

As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

TO MAKE A RETURN


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account at account.monkeesofsouthtampa.com, view the order under the Orders tab and click the Return Request button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Monkee’s of South Tampa is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Shipping

We offer shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate fee of $10, unless otherwise indicated. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. We are not responsible for delayed delivery, lost or stolen packages.

Any order that was shipped for free and is later returned, will be subject to a $5 shipping charge taken from the refund amount to cover the original cost of shipping.
